The Open Shopping Cart provides real-time updates to our system. A booking confirmation code will be sent to both the store and customer via email and text. Stores can login on Open Shopping Cart and to view booking details.

How does a customer know if their appointment is running late?

It is the responsibility of the retailer to notify customers of any changes or delays in booking times.

Can we control the amount of reservations that can be made?

Yes.
